Joanne Plumb Knitwear was part of the Gabriel’s Wharf community for more than two decades, bringing beautifully crafted knitwear and timeless design to the South Bank.
Renowned for her distinctive handmade garments, Joanne Plumb creates knitwear that combines effortless style with exceptional craftsmanship. From cosy jumpers and elegant cardigans to colourful scarves and hats, her collections are designed to be worn and loved throughout the year. Each piece reflects her passion for texture, colour and quality, offering a vibrant alternative to mass-produced fashion.
With a Master's degree in Constructed Textiles, Joanne is deeply involved in every stage of the creative process, producing her own fabrics from luxurious natural fibres including cotton, linen, merino, mohair, cashmere, and pure wool. While Joanne Plumb is no longer based at Gabriel’s Wharf, you can still shop her unique designs through her Etsy shop.
