Looking for hireable space? Your meeting, event, conference, exhibition, or filming, can help protect, build and galvanise our neighbourhood.
This is a neighbourhood like no other. Be part of it. Take a look at our current vacancies.
Gabriel’s Wharf is entering a new chapter with a refreshed meanwhile use.
Our goal is to shape a destination that reflects the spirit of our community and the South Bank - welcoming residents, workers, and visitors alike - while generating vital income to reinvest in the neighbourhood we all care about.
Gabriel’s Wharf, in its current form, has always been a temporary use of the site. It was originally set up in 1988 using garage units, and the units have reached the end of their life. Their condition demands we take action to regenerate the Wharf for the next 10 to 15 years.
Our tenants are valued members of the Coin Street community. That’s why we committed to keeping the Wharf open until September 2026, giving everyone a successful and memorable final year in its current form.
We don’t yet know what the new meanwhile use will be. Across all our commercial ventures, we strive to ensure there’s a mix of income and social impact, and Gabriel’s Wharf will be no exception.
Coin Street is a not-for-profit social enterprise. Every pound generated by our commercial spaces supports homes, parks, our nursery, family services, and community programmes, including youth clubs, tutoring, over-50s art groups, coffee mornings, gentle gardening, and community singing.
We look forward to sharing bold plans for the future of Gabriel’s Wharf soon, and we hope the Wharf has a vibrant and memorable final year.
