The Hub is our one stop shop of useful links where you can find advice, guidance and activities to support you and your family during Covid-19.
This virtual course is for families in Southwark and Lambeth with a child aged 0-5. The course covers breastfeeding, parenting skills, wellbeing, eating patterns and more. Healthy Families: Right From The Start is much more than just a nutrition course – although it does discuss eating behaviours and healthy eating, issues with eating are not the only reason why a family might be referred.
A targeted literacy programme for families with children aged two to five that empowers parents to support their child’s early communication and literacy development.
Access free online dance classes from the brilliant and daring Rambert dance company.

This series is in partnership with the Youth Sport Trust, to help keep families motivated and active whilst at home. The Healthy Movers project is run with Southwark Children Centres and other Early Years Providers.
Bookstart gifts free books to all children at two key ages before school to help families read together every day and inspire children to develop a love of books and reading.
Dolly Parton’s Imaginary Library is devoted to inspiring a love of reading in the hearts of children, enrolled children from birth to age five receive a high quality, age appropriate book in the post, free of charge.

We have put together a list of food banks and essential resources, including advice about finances, housing and funding, as well as mental health support.
A range of services for anyone in Lambeth who is a Disabled person, has long-term ill-health, lives with mental health issues, is an unpaid carer or is aged over 55. Services include; Advice and Guidance for Deaf people, Befriending Community Development for Disabled people and Safe and Independent Living (SAIL).
All services are independent, confidential and free.
