We are a social enterprise working in Waterloo and North Southwark, London. From a derelict site in 1984, we have created a vibrant, diverse and welcoming place for people to live, work and play.

A place for people to live, work and play
Some use our nursery or have attended conferences in our neighbourhood centre. Others have eaten at one of our restaurants or visited an exhibition. We believe in mixed uses, a diverse economy and a diverse community.
A vibrant neighbourhood
Our site is at the heart of a thriving neighbourhood with co-operative homes, parks and gardens, shops and design studios, galleries and restaurants. And the riverside it sits on is one of London's most visited places.
