Saturday Wellbeing sessions with older people will give you that feel good vibe for the rest of your weekend.

Helping older people enjoy a range of gentle exercise including including spin, stretch, massage and healthy eating will help you to stay health too.

If you like meeting new people, can handle basic admin and help with refreshments this role might just be for you.

If you enjoy a little walking football too then get involved.
