Enjoy Marsha's minimal-waste menu, which makes use of as much as the chicken as possible, alongside fantastic views across the Thames.
They have plenty of indoor and outdoor space across their two floors - including a magical riverside balcony and terrace, with heaters for when the temperature drops.
Join them for an inspired range of burgers, small plates, and mains - or just pop in for a drink to enjoy one of their classic cocktails (part of a 4-7pm Happy Hour, Monday to Friday).
They're great fun for a weekend occasion, too - bottomless brunch runs on Saturday and Sunday, 11am-5pm. And if you’re making Marsha part of a cultural day out on the South Bank, you can grab a quick bite with the pre-theatre menu.
As for our food, we source ingredients ethically – buying only higher-welfare chickens from the Soane family farm in the Yorkshire Wolds. And we use every part of them so that nothing is wasted. We’re big on vegan, too. For us, this balance makes sense –it’s about eating ethically.
