Over three days, The IPoL ‘Luxury Endangered’ conference will interrogate past, present and future notions of luxury – from the innovative work of historical artisans, the influence of contemporary brands and the role for rarity, craft and provenance in a world dedicated to speed, convenience and social currency.
In collaboration with partners at the vanguard of both luxury and technology we hope to expand our understanding of what constitutes luxury in the modern age and how that influences the skills required within the industry.
The exhibition focuses on sustainable mining, craftsmanship and technology, and there are also free jewellery workshops for teens.
