Vivid Dreams

A ship in a stormy sea

A FREE art exhibition will showcase the creativity of people with Parkinson’s from around the world.

‘VIVID Dreams’ will be on display 18-29 August 2021 and features the artwork and poetry of an international line up of 54 artists, many of whom are living with the condition.

‘VIVID Dreams’ will also be available to view online and visitors will be able to bid on the artwork on display.

Among those involved in organising the exhibition is Trevor Woollard, who also works at Parkinson’s UK.

About Parkinson’s and Parkinson’s UK

Parkinson’s is what happens when the brain cells that make dopamine start to die. There are more than 40 symptoms, from tremor and pain to anxiety. Some are treatable, but the drugs can have serious side effects. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet.

Parkinson’s is the fastest growing neurological condition in the world. Around 145,000 people in the UK have Parkinson’s.
