Our much-loved festive event is back for 2025! Join us on the South Bank to celebrate the season together. 

Enjoy live music featuring Christmas favourites, a special art activity for children, plus delicious food and drink. The Wharf will be transformed with festive lights and decorations so everyone can soak up the sparkle and seasonal atmosphere. Bring friends, family, and good cheer — all are welcome.

  • Mulled wine, rum punch + winter berry mojito - buy one, get one free
  • Wings & chips (takeaway) - £10 only
  • Spicy BBQ chicken, mac & cheese (takeaway) - £15 only

Hot Mess Toasties

  • Mulled wine, mulled cider + non-alcoholic mulled apple - £5 a cup (provided by Ascension cider, supporting apple growers in Kent and Sussex using apples rejected by the supermarkets because of their unsuitable size and shape)

Gabriel's Wharf is just a 10-minute walk from Waterloo and Southwark stations. To plan your travel, visit the TFL website.

Accessibility

Gabriel's Wharf is an accessible and family-friendly venue, with level access for wheelchairs and buggies.

 There are public toilets on site, including a wheelchair accessible toilet.  

Practical information

  • This event is completely free, no tickets are required.
  • Line-up may be subject to change.
  • There will be limited shade or rain cover so please dress appropriately for the weather on the day.
  • You are not permitted to bring alcoholic drinks with you, any found will be confiscated. Food and drinks can be purchased from the many vendors at the Wharf.
  • Filming and photography will be taking place at this event.
