Help our half-marathon runners raise £4,200 for youth night

Coin Street's Big Half runners

Fourteen Coin Street runners are taking on the Big Half this September to raise money for youth night.

The 13.1 mile course (the length of 250 football pitches!) will weave through London, past sights including Tower Bridge and the iconic Cutty Sark.

Our nimble runners are of mixed ability, from those who have never ran before to seasoned half-marathon hitters. Training is now underway for all of our amateur athletes and they’re looking forward to the challenge.

Donate today and help Coin Street runners meet their ambitious fundraising target

About Coin Street youth night

Coin Street’s youth night runs every Thursday offering a safe and inclusive space for 8–16-year-olds to have fun, make friends and be themselves. Over the past year, 127 young people have benefitted, and it is growing in popularity.

Youth services in the UK have been cut by 77% over more than a decade, so keeping youth night running is even more important, especially as it is one of the few remaining free after-school provisions in the area.

Your donation will mean we can keep youth night going all year round, in all weathers, and run new activities suggested by young people who attend.

Help keep youth night going for young people in Waterloo and North Southwark
