Staying fit from home during lockdown 3.0 could be instrumental in helping you stay well, both physically and mentally.

With it being so cold and often wet outside, it’s harder to get out for your one exercise per day. So, we’ve compiled a list of our four favourite free online home workouts that you can do from the warmth of your living room or wherever you might have room! Whether you’re looking for some high intensity sweat sessions, some guidance from a qualified PT or a just some good stretching, these workouts will have you covered…

Joe Wicks

1. Joe Wicks/The Body Coach – Joe Wicks is once again doing his PE sessions that were a great hit with everyone during the first lockdown. They’re a brilliant way for adults and children to get their bodies moving, whatever their fitness level and abilities. There are over 250 free videos for you to choose from on his YouTube channel.

Alice Liveing

Alice Liveing – Alice is a qualified personal trainer who offers progressions and regressions, so there’s exercises to suit everyone. After the success of her workouts during the first lockdown, Alice is back with another challenge. She is currently running a 28 day ‘Give me strength’ challenge; the workouts are streamed live at 7am and are then saved to her IGTV so you can do them at any time of the day. With loads of videos to choose from you’ll be spoilt for choice.

NHS

3. NHS – the NHS website has lots of handy videos with beginner and intermediate levels, offering a range of exercises from aerobic, to strength and resistance to Pilates and yoga. There is certainly something for everyone – including belly dancing!

4. Yoga with Adrienne – Adrienne offers high quality, free yoga videos for people of all levels, all bodies, all genders and all souls. Her videos range in intensity and focus, from Yoga for Weight Loss, to Yoga for Flexibility, to her 30-day yoga challenges which take your mind and body on a journey; you’ll find a video to suit you. She encourages you to take time for yourself, giving your mind a rest, so what are you waiting for?

We hope these free workout videos will keep you going until gyms can open once again.
