Gabu Chocolate delighted visitors with handcrafted artisan chocolate, exceptional hot chocolate and expertly brewed coffee.
Founded by chocolatier Lisette Davis, the independent shop celebrated the craft of chocolate-making, transforming single-origin Fair Trade cocoa from Grenada, the Dominican Republic and Madagascar into beautifully handcrafted bars, truffles and sweet treats. Every creation was made with care and attention to detail, reflecting Lisette’s passion for the origins, flavours and artistry behind great chocolate.
The welcoming riverside store became a favourite stop for those seeking a moment of indulgence. Visitors could enjoy rich, velvety hot chocolate made from a choice of single-origin cocoas, alongside speciality coffee and freshly baked cookies.
