Lenny Goodrich

CSCT Chair

Lenny has been a board member since January 2019. Lenny is a real estate lawyer with a specialism in commercial real estate and development transactions.

Jo-Anna van den Bosch

CSCT Vice Chair

Jo joined as a Trustee in 2017. She has subsequently been appointed as Vice Chair and has the role of Safeguarding Trustee. She is a Drama therapist and Transference Focussed Psychotherapist and worked for the South London and Maudsley Hospital Trust, where she was the Professional Lead for Arts Therapy. Her clinical expertise is working with older adults with complex mental health needs. She is a strong advocate for the power and use of the arts in both maintaining and treating mental health. She now supervises and teaches at SLAM, supporting those who work with complex mental health issues.
 

Peter Stephens

CSCT Treasurer

Pete has been a board member since November 2014. Pete was Finance Director of Coin Street Community Builders for nearly 30 years having lived in the area since 1995.

Alice Holmes

CSCT Trustee

Alice has been a board member since March 2025. Alice is Director of Communications for Mishcon de Reya, responsible for media, internal communications, public affairs and digital communications.

Annoula Peppas

CSCT Trustee

Annoula has been a board member since March 2020. Annoula is a local resident, having lived in the area since 1995, first in Southwark, near Tate Modern and now in Lambeth near Waterloo Station. Annoula loves living here and wouldn’t want to move anywhere else. She feels very lucky to have such a diverse and friendly network of neighbours and local businesses. On top of this, Annoula says there is always something to do on the doorstep: markets, theatre, art, music, dance, festivals, gardens, colleges. 

Annoula works at the British Council as head of the young learner English product portfolio. Before that, she worked for over 15 years as a Management Consultant specialising in business planning and market strategy.

Annoula was aware of Coin Street for most of the time she lived in the area. Annoula is a regular at the gentle gardening club, which, among other green-fingered activities, looks after the raised beds in Bernie Spain Gardens. Annoula also tries to get to the Colombo gym as often as she can to lift weights and have a chat with the friendly staff. In 2019, when Annoula was approached by one of her neighbours to join the CSCT board, she welcomed the opportunity to give something back to her wonderful community.

Chris Symons

CSCT Trustee

Chris has been a board member since June 2020. Charis has worked in social enterprises for over 30 years, having been a CEO and Executive Director in some of the UK's largest sport, leisure and cultural organisations. Chris brings a range of experiences to the board, including growth and development strategies, bid strategies, acquisitions, contract negotiations, business planning, venue design, and organisational governance and leadership. Over the years, Chris has served as a trustee and non-executive director on a number of leisure, community and children's charities. Chris holds several business-related diplomas and degrees, including an MBA, and now works as a specialist consultant. 

Claire Reindorp

CSCT Trustee

Claire has been a board member since August 2021. Claire is a voluntary sector leader and recently stepped down as Chief Executive at Young Women’s Trust, where she developed and delivered life-changing services for thousands of young women. Before this, Claire held roles at the Refugee Council and Crime Concern.

Elizabeth Frimpong

CSCT Trustee

Elizabeth has been a board member since August 2021. Elizabeth grew up on the Mulberry Housing Co-operative, and she has been a lifelong Coin Street service user, having benefited from almost every programme at some stage. This gives Elizabeth a deep, lived understanding of what Coin Street means to the community. Elizabeth works in education and is the Founder of Where Can I Study, a platform that supports schools, young people, and adults in accessing learning and training opportunities. Elizabeth joined the board to ensure residents and service users are represented in decision-making and wants to strengthen communication, champion users’ voices, and help shape services that truly meet local needs.

Fen Sung

CSCT Trustee

Fen has been a board member since March 2025. Fen has over 20 years' Investment Management experience and leads the Portfolio Management Team for the Guildford Office of Rathbones. They are a leading UK Wealth Manager on behalf of Charities, Private Clients, Corporations and Trusts. Fen also sits on the board of a healthcare company as a Non-Executive Director. Fen joined Coin Street as a Trustee and wants to make a difference to the local community. Fen’s hobbies include photography, cooking, and cycling. 

Patrick Wallace

CSCT Trustee

Patrick has been a board member since December 2021. Patrick currently works in the social housing sector as Finance Director for one of the largest Housing Associations in the UK. Patrick shares the passion, ambition and values of working in the charity sector, enabling opportunities for good quality, affordable homes and great places for all our residents. The past 25 years spent in a variety of finance roles across both commercial and charitable sectors enable Patrick to provide the valued leadership and insight that can help Coin Street be successful in achieving its goals.

Tad Becchetti

CSCT Trustee

Tad has been a board member since March 2025. Tad joined China Minsheng Banking Corporate London Branch in February 2023 as the Branch's Chief Risk Officer (SMF 4). He has over 30 years of experience in risk management.

Tad began his career as a casualty facultative underwriter with General Reinsurance in the US and subsequently held positions with GE Capital, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.

Before joining CMBC, he was global head of lending product risk and regulation for HSBC's commercial bank.

Tad has a background in investment and corporate banking risk management covering non-bank financial institutions, leveraged finance, commercial real estate, and capital portfolio management.

Tad earned an MBA in Finance from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and a BA from the Program of Liberal Studies at the University of Notre Dame.

Yvonne Afriyie

CSCT Trustee

Yvonne has been a board member since May 2023. Yvonne is an early childhood education consultant, expert in curriculum development. Yvonne’s experience is in nursery management and operations, early education quality practice, early education policy implementation, early childhood education and youth and young adults coaching and mentoring.
