Sports Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to support the health and wellbeing of young people through fitness sessions in the gym at Colombo Centre.  

Could you help run a football session or support young people to safely use gym equipment? 

We are keen to get some female volunteers with interests in sport and fitness to support young women who attend.   

Getting the right amount of exercise can rev up your energy levels and even help improve your mood. Experts recommend that teens get 60 minutes or more of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day.

Here are some of the reasons: exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. So while you are helping other you can be helping yourself to keep fit!
