Helping older people enjoy a range of gentle exercise including including spin, stretch, massage and healthy eating will help you to stay health too.
If you like meeting new people, can handle basic admin and help with refreshments this role might just be for you.
If you enjoy a little walking football too then get involved.
Sessions will end for Christmas break on 18 December 2021 and begin again on 15 January 2022.
