Furious Goose recently launched its new Wild Flower Collection, combining traditional woodcut printing with contemporary digital design. After years of working digitally, designer Patrick Morrison returned to printmaking in 2026, studying woodcut techniques at the King’s Foundation School of Traditional Arts.
The designs begin in London as hand-carved woodcuts, which are then digitally coloured and printed onto silk scarves and accessories in Macclesfield.
Inspired by wild flowers and their place in folklore, medicine and ritual, the collection explores the contrast between beauty and danger, and delicacy and power. The result is a colourful collection of botanical designs with a twist, bringing a handcrafted approach to Furious Goose's signature bold, playful style.
