With a career spanning editorial, celebrity, and fashion work, as well as his own salon, Jones & Payne, Ricky brings a wealth of expertise to his practice. He now operates from a private studio, focusing on both exceptional hairdressing and the creation of his own product line.

The studio offers an intimate, welcoming environment, with longer, unhurried appointments and a relaxed, personal approach. Every service is delivered with precision, care, and attention to detail.

Naedlae Hair Care began with wild nettle, hand-harvested from a biodynamic vineyard in Kent. The range is made using naturally derived ingredients and packaged in recycled materials, with sustainability and transparency embedded throughout.
