We have a long-term relationship with our trusted caterer for the Conference Centre, one that is regarded as one of the UK’s most sustainable. Our caterer sources local ingredients, including free range and sustainably sourced items, in order to produce the freshest, most nourishing homemade food.
Sustainable practices include
- Buying local and seasonal food where possible
- No purchase of single use plastics
- Composting all food waste
- A zero to landfill policy
- Choosing compostable, biodegradable or recyclable packaging
- Collaborating with several charitable organisations to bring positive change and support to those in need
Our caterers have increased vegan and vegetarian options within our buffet lunch to 70% of the menu, helping to promote both environmental and health benefits.
