An exhibition of work by final year IB Diploma Art students at Sevenoaks School.
The exhibition will showcase the work of 22 Upper Sixth artists and is a culmination of their IB Art course, following two years of experiment and exploration of processes and ideas.
The two-year period gives ample time for reflection and innovation, allowing each artist to find their own voice. Work will range in scope from enormous oil paintings to intricate ceramics, alongside printmaking, digital work and even sculpture that use electric currents to burn designs into surfaces.
Subject matter varies as much as technique, while innovation and independence are key factors that unite the exhibition as a whole.
