Have you ever tried Caribbean dance before? The wait is over.
This class is a mix of Contemporary and Caribbean dance at the Colombo centre with the brilliant Sheba.
This follow along class is suitable for over 50s and will focus on movement from your pelvis, musicality and most of all, having fun!
You will meet new people, have a lot of fun and improve your fitness.
Please note: this session is only open to local residents of Lambeth and Southwark.
