Based on the critically acclaimed podcast of the same name, the four day event brings together a slew of world leading brands, designers, makers, organisations and federations, to celebrate the importance of materials and their ability to shape our lives.
Material Matters will feature a wide range of exhibits: from site-specific installations to displays by innovators and experimentalists whose practice is at the cutting edge of materials. With a marketplace, a learning space and an extensive programme of talks, the fair will investigate, among other things, how the design industry can address issues around the circular economy and why material intelligence is so important to all our lives?
