We’re currently looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team, on an initial fixed term basis, and help ensure that our properties, including homes, commercial spaces, and public areas, are well maintained and compliant. Working closely with a small in-house maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing reactive repairs, assessing property issues, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
This is a busy and varied role, requiring a proactive and highly organised professional. We are looking for someone that holds a ONC/HNC qualification in surveying. You’ll need strong technical knowledge, the ability to multi-task, and an eye for detail and accuracy. You will have experience in a responsive maintenance role (ideally in a social housing environment) and be confident in managing repairs, inspections, and contractor relationships.
