At Coin Street, we're committed to offering services that truly make a difference in our community.

Whether through our youth and community sessions, family and children’s centre, events and conferences or our commercial and Co-op* tenancies, we aim to meet the diverse needs of those we serve. But we can't do it alone; your feedback and complaints are essential in helping us improve and evolve. 

Every service we provide is designed with you in mind. However, to ensure we're hitting the mark, we need to hear from you. Your experiences, insights, and suggestions are invaluable. They help us understand what's working, what needs tweaking, and where we can innovate.  

Providing feedback is simple. Whether it’s a quick comment after a service, feedback using our online form below, or a more detailed conversation with our team, your input is always welcome. We're here to listen, and we take every piece of feedback seriously. On the rare occasion that we fall short, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly, respectfully, and to your satisfaction at the earliest possible stage.
