Privacy Policy – Mapping for Change research project for Coin Street
Mapping for Change (“we’, ‘our’ and ‘us’) has been commissioned by Coin Street Community Builders ‘CSCB’ to conduct a public sentiment research project (the “research”) involving the residents, tenants, service users and stakeholders (“you”) of Coin Street. We have been instructed to conduct the research to assist Coin Street to assess its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
CSCB has commissioned this research on behalf of all the entities of the ‘Coin Street Group’ including CSCB, Coin Street Secondary Housing Co-operative (CSS) and Coin Street Centre Trust (CSCT), as well as its housing co-operatives (Redwood Housing Co-op, Palm Co-op, Ikoro Housing Co-op and Mulberry Housing Co-op).
This privacy policy describes what personal data we need to collect to conduct the research and how and why we use it. This policy also describes the options we provide for you to access, update, or otherwise take control of your personal data that we process.
You are not required to participate in the research and provide your personal data to us, but any personal data you do provide will be processed in accordance with this policy.
