Oxo Tower Wharf’s New Creatives season is back for 2021…

...and it’s going to be a big one. From 17 June until 31 July, we will be showcasing the best in graduate art and design from seven UK universities.

New Creatives is our summer season of graduate shows; we showcase inspiring work from the next generation of talent graduating from leading art, design and photography courses across the UK.

This year, see inspiring work from the innovative and resilient individuals shaping our future and how the constraints of a pandemic have cultivated their creativity. From product design to fine art, illustration to fashion, animation to interior architecture, New Creatives at Oxo Tower Wharf provides a platform for emerging talent from the UK's leading art and design courses.

This year we’re kicking it off with Made in Brunel followed by the full schedule of exhibitions:

Promoting the incredible work produced by their design department, the show offers a unique opportunity to experience the incredible work from their designers, fostering the next generation of innovative thinkers. The event showcases a great variety of design ideas solving everyday problems that span all aspects of the industry.

Pattern Cutting 2021

London College of Fashion

A multidisciplinary showcase of final collections created by the 2021 graduates of BA (Hons) Fashion Pattern Cutting. The showcase spans a wide range of genres including menswear, womenswear, tailoring, sportswear, all of which have a focus on creative pattern cutting and technical, progressive fashion.

Reconnecting: Kingston School of Art Illustration Animation Graduate Show

Selected and curated by the graduates, Kingston showcases some of the most exciting and current projects within craft, film, print and interactive media from their 2020 and 2021 graduates. Come and explore the rich and diverse field of Illustration Animation.

The UK's largest and only collective exhibition of the best work produced by the 2020 graduates from national courses within Interior Architecture & Design.

Work from 49 artists working across fine art, creative arts practice, and photography graduates. The title acts as an artist pledge ‘to continue’… making, living, documenting, collaborating in a context of the events of 2020 as well life in general. 

City and Guilds

City & Guilds of London Art School Class of 2020: BA & MA Fine Art Graduates

27-31 July, 11am-6pm, Bargehouse

Postponed due to the pandemic, this show is a celebration of the achievements of the 2020 Fine Art graduates who have shown enormous resilience and dedicate throughout this difficult period. The exhibition boasts a diversity of contemporary approaches and ideas, reflecting the graduates’ own creative interests.  

We hope you’re as excited as we are.

Now that restrictions have begun to lift, why not get out of the house and visit the shows in person? Admission is FREE.
