The spaces are flexible and suitable for a wide range of activities; from seminars, training courses and board meetings to large conferences and product launches, we can work with you to deliver your event successfully.

Our experienced event coordinators will guide you through your booking experience, and discuss with you how best to deliver your event requirements.
Our rooms are self-contained with built-in audio visual equipment. Our technicians are available to make sure your events gets off to the right start.
Situated a few minutes walk from Waterloo station, the centre has excellent transport links, to rail, river, road and bus connections. Whilst we encourage travel by public transport, there is a secure underground car park adjacent to the centre.
Creche and childcare provision
We can provide on-site creche facilities for delegates using the centre at a competitive rate, subject to availability.
We work with a daily caterer at the conference centre, who can provide a selection of seasonal produce to service your meeting requirements. We also work with a list of preferred caterers who service events across our external sites.
