Our busy property and facilities team are expanding with a great new role focussing on our public realm. The Public Realm Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance of Coin Street’s public realm which includes parks and gardens, the stretch of the riverside walkway between the National Theatre and Oxo Tower Wharf, car parks, roads and other open spaces. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of the public realm contracts related to landscaping, security, cleaning and waste management This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work for CSCB, a prominent social enterprise based at the heart of London’s South Bank.

Permanent, 35 hours per week
Salary
£41,000-£43,000 per annum depending on experience
