Coin Street Community Builders is looking for a Commercial Coordinator to provide administration and lettings support across the commercial team.
This is a varied role supporting a small team working across a number of sectors, including conference and meetings, exhibitions and events, site activation and commercial lettings.
As well as providing billing support, ensuring that all invoicing is timely and accurate, you will provide an effective, efficient and professional support service to all internal and external customers. Your letting support includes the arrangement of tenancy extension agreements and drawing up the necessary documentation for new tenancies.
You will help to ensure our properties are let to varied high quality commercial tenants by researching possible tenants, feeding into our place making projects and maintaining an up to date asset register.
Tasks will include day to day tenant liaison duties such as taking and resolving incoming enquiries, compiling and sending letters to tenants, updating files, data input and the filing of tenancy agreements.
You will be creative and outgoing; highly organised with excellent communication skills. You will have strong administrative skills and very good attention to detail. You will be numerate and able to manage a diverse workload.
