We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our organisation. In this role, you will oversee health and safety, including fire safety, across Coin Street’s 13-acre site and within its buildings.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing Coin Street’s Health & Safety policy, reviewing current processes, compliance, accident, incident, and near-miss reports. You will also conduct site inspections, implement mitigations, and carry out annual Fire Risk Assessments, ensuring robust fire evacuation procedures are in place for Oxo Tower Wharf and the neighbourhood centre.
This role is ideal for a professional with a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, three to five years of experience in a similar role, and a proven track record in investigations, risk assessments, and reporting in a mixed-use environment. You will also be well-versed in the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and legislation applicable to company operations. The successful candidate will have strong influencing and collaboration skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to working.
