Oxo Tower Wharf
Oxo Tower Wharf is an award-winning, landmark building situated on the Riverside Walkway between London’s fast-moving South Bank and Bankside areas. Since the building was refurbished and reopened in 1996, Oxo Tower Wharf has gained a reputation as a key centre for contemporary designers and applied artists.

Available units to let
We are searching for innovative, independent designer-makers to the join the Oxo Tower Wharf community. We are accepting applications from retailers operating across a range of design disciplines (from fashion and craft to product design and technology).
We have three first floor studios available to let from September 2017 that face the Courtyard, one second floor Riverside unit to let from October, and one first floor Riverside unit available from November 2017.
The Courtyard studios are currently let as a single studio of 958 sq.ft. They can either be let in the current configuration or as three separate studios.
Unit 1.12: 291 sq. ft.
Unit 1.13: 312 sq. ft.
Unit 1.14: 355 sq. ft.
This is the first time these units have been available in 15 years and they are expected to be in high demand due to the location and value. Please contact us for an application form.
The second floor Riverside studio is available from October 2017 and is 301 sq.ft
The first floor Riverside unit is available from November and is 291 sq.ft

Located on the banks of the River Thames between the London Eye and Tate Modern, Gabriel’s Wharf is an eclectic mix of designer-maker shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Set around an open courtyard the restaurants have terraces for al fresco eating and drinking and fabulous views across the Thames to the City of London.
