We have transformed a largely derelict area into a thriving place for people to live, work and visit by creating co-operative homes, public realm shops, restaurants and meeting spaces.

We are a social enterprise. That means income we generate stays in the neighbourhood. It’s used to improve and maintain our neighbourhood including managing and maintaining Bernie Spain Gardens and the riverside walkway and providing a range of programmes and activities for families, children, young people, adults and older people in Waterloo and North Southwark.

With clear administrative experience at Director support level, including effective management of a busy diary, you’ll have excellent IT skills across all Microsoft Office applications and exceptional organisational and planning skills. You’ll also have strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with colleagues and achieve the necessary outcomes within timescales.

With around 85 employees, we’re small and nimble but we have big ambitions and are always exploring and developing new ways to make our offices a great place to work. In return for your hard work as well as a competitive salary you can enjoy a range of benefits including our cycle-to-work scheme, free gym membership, 27 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro-rated for part-time employees), generous pension scheme and much much more.
