Youth Fitness Activities
Our Youth Fitness Activities for 12-21 years have been created to allow young people access to advice on fitness, enjoy exercise and understand how to use gym equipment effectively. Get fit and feel great!
- 5.30-6.30pm, Youth gym with personal trainer, 14 years +
- 6.30-7.30pm, Young adults gym inductions – get a free membership, 16 years +
- 5.30-7.30pm, Healthy eating and personal development and coaching in the Community Room, 12-21 years
- 5.30-7.30pm, Fitness sessions in Studio 1 for 12 years +
